AI Technical Delivery Manager

About the role

Bosch Home Comfort's Americas triad is creating a dedicated AI Task Force to move from experimentation to production impact. As the Task Force Lead you will act as a player‑coach, personally building and shipping AI use cases while defining the delivery roadmap aligned with the Regional CEO’s quarterly priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end delivery of the AI use‑case backlog, translating quarterly priorities set by the Regional CEO into concrete work.
• Lead, build and ship a share of production AI/ML use cases while managing a team of AI Solutions Engineers, an Engagement Lead and an AI Security & Risk Lead.
• Coordinate with the HVAC AI Hub and Data Integration teams to align resources and avoid duplicated effort.
• Establish reusable delivery patterns and playbooks to accelerate successive use‑case deployments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Business or a related discipline.
• Proven track record delivering AI/ML or data‑driven solutions to production.
• Experience leading a small technical team in a player‑coach capacity, staying hands‑on with development.
• Fluent in English and Portuguese; Spanish is a plus.

Required skills

• AI/ML solution development and deployment.
• Integration of enterprise AI copilot and large language model platforms such as Microsoft Copilot and Google Gemini.
