About the role

Join the culinary team of a Club Med resort and deliver high‑volume, high‑quality plate service for an international clientele. You will work in a vibrant, multicultural environment serving up to 3,000 meals daily, ranging from buffet and plated dishes to gourmet snacks and special events.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare hot and cold dishes throughout the day, following international and local recipes.
• Maintain buffet stations, ensuring they are fully stocked and presented attractively.
• Monitor plate presentation and quality, guaranteeing consistency and freshness.
• Care for kitchen equipment and uphold health‑and‑safety standards.
• Collaborate with chefs and service staff to support smooth kitchen operations.

Required profile

• Motivated candidate ready to live on‑site at a Club Med resort.
• Trained and experienced culinary professional.
• Ability to converse in French.
