Over de functie
Als senior Analist Talent Aantrekking ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige wervingsproces, met een focus op operationele functies en high‑volume wervingen.
Belangrijkste verantwoordelijkheden
- Het volledige selectieproces van begin tot eind uitvoeren.
- Profielafstemming met managers en het definiëren van functie-eisen.
- Vacatures publiceren, actief zoeken (hunting) en kandidaten screenen.
- Interviewrondes organiseren en de voortgang van elke fase monitoren.
- Zorgen voor snelheid, kwaliteit en nauwkeurigheid bij elke aanwerving.
Gewenst profiel
- Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in recruitment, bij voorkeur in high‑volume omgevingen.
- Aantoonbare ervaring met operationele functies.
- Sterk analytisch vermogen en resultaatgerichte werkhouding.
- Uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en samenwerking met verschillende afdelingen.
