About the role

Infosys Brazil is looking for a Senior Purchasing Analyst to join its procurement team in São Paulo. The role supports end‑to‑end purchasing processes, ensuring compliance and efficient transaction flow for internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Approve shopping carts and purchase requisitions within established service levels.
• Validate purchasing requests to ensure compliance with procurement policies and category guidelines.
• Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, blocked invoices, and purchase‑order mismatches.
• Support stakeholders throughout the full procurement cycle, from requisition to payment.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for operational procurement queries and escalations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 4‑6 years of experience managing medium‑complexity sourcing projects.
• Solid understanding of the end‑to‑end procurement process.
