Analista de Risco Operacional Pleno

About the role

The Operational Risk Analyst (Pleno) will strengthen risk management practices within a complex financial cooperative. You will map processes, identify operational failures, analyse losses and drive corrective actions to improve risk mitigation and organisational resilience.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end operational risk processes, from identification to mitigation.
• Map risks and controls across products, services and processes in line with the operational risk framework.
• Analyse operational loss events, propose improvements and monitor action plans.
• Develop and track key risk indicators and performance metrics.
• Update internal policies and regulatory documentation, ensuring alignment with Brazilian financial regulations.
• Monitor regulatory changes and prepare reports, presentations and technical documentation for governance.
• Provide technical guidance to internal teams and cooperatives on risk‑related topics.
• Contribute to the diffusion and strengthening of a risk‑aware culture.

Required profile

• Strong analytical background with experience in risk management, preferably in financial institutions or regulated environments.
• Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Accounting or related fields.
• Detail‑oriented, structured and comfortable working with data, processes and regulatory frameworks.
