Analista de Trade Marketing Pleno – Agro (Palmas/TO)

About the role

The Trade Marketing Analyst (Pleno) will support BASF’s Agro business in the North region of Brazil, covering the states of Tocantins, Piauí, Maranhão, Pará and Bahia. The role ensures correct brand communication and drives promotional activities at point‑of‑sale for crop and seed solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure accurate communication of the BASF brand and solutions in the crop and seed segments.
• Develop communication and point‑of‑sale promotion strategies, guiding suppliers during strategic planning.
• Participate in the creation of development actions with partners and define material distribution criteria for the São Paulo and field teams.
• Monitor KPIs of assigned actions, focusing on achieving business‑unit results.
• Support performance improvement, development and execution of PDI initiatives.
• Manage supplier relationships for the purchase of materials and execution of fairs, field days and training projects.

Required profile

• Completed higher education degree.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong knowledge of the agro market.
• Willingness to reside in Palmas, Tocantins.
• Marketing experience and familiarity with digital and AI tools are considered differentiators.
