About the role
Alfalaval is a 140‑year‑old start‑up culture focused on sustainable solutions for energy, food, water and shipping. As a Commercial Apprentice you will support daily operations while gaining exposure to the company’s innovative projects and customer‑facing activities.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and implement improvements and activities in the work environment.
- Provide reception and hospitality support for training programs and conferences, coordinating with relevant departments.
- Draft communications, memos, reports, minutes, documents and statistical data (including charts and tables) based on written, typed or verbal instructions.
- Organise and maintain office files, records and indexes using computerised systems.
- Coordinate scheduling of meetings, including setting times, locations and participants.
- Analyse forms and records for accuracy, completeness and compliance, and manage material orders and office supply inventories.
