Competências requeridas

Experiência sólida em Arquitetura de Soluções ou Engenharia de IA, com foco em LLMs e ecossistemas de agentes.
Domínio de frameworks de orquestração como LangGraph, CrewAI ou Agents SDK.
Conhecimento em Arquitetura de RAG, bancos de dados geométricos e estratégias de indexação.
Engenharia de Prompt e técnicas de Chain‑of‑Thought / ReAct.
Experiência com plataformas de nuvem (Azure Foundry, Google Vertex AI, CrewAI Enterprise).
Proficiência em Python e desenvolvimento de APIs REST, SSE, microserviços e CI/CD.
Uso de ferramentas de observabilidade de LLMs (LangSmith, Arize Phoenix, Weights & Biases).
Formação superior em áreas de computação ou quantitativas e comunicação consultiva.
Inglês avançado para interação global.
