Key responsibilities

• Support the design, implementation, and management of global IT security and compliance programs.
• Monitor and maintain Security & Compliance KPIs and SLAs, proactively addressing deviations.
• Assist in aligning external audit scope with business needs and participate in audit deficiency remediation.
• Develop, document, and enforce policies and procedures to safeguard sensitive data and mitigate IT risks.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to design and implement effective security controls, including access and vulnerability management.
• Foster a culture of security awareness and compliance through strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of experience in IT security, compliance, or risk management roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA are highly desirable.
• Proven experience with SOX 404 compliance and other regulatory frameworks.
• Strong understanding of industry standards such as ISO 27001, NIST, and GDPR.

Required skills

• Risk Management and IT Security expertise.
• Knowledge of internal controls, cybersecurity, and data privacy.
• Familiarity with audit processes and regulatory compliance.
• Understanding of Sarbanes‑Oxley Act (SOX 404) requirements.
• Knowledge of ITIL and COBIT frameworks.
• Fluent English communication.
