Associate Consultant Intern – Performance Analytics & Business Experimentation

About the role

Join Mastercard’s Advisors & Consulting Services team as an Associate Consultant Intern, focusing on performance analytics and business experimentation. You will work alongside small, cross‑functional teams to help leading brands solve strategic challenges through data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Support strategic consulting projects across multiple industries, including financial services, retail, hospitality and more.
• Analyze data sets, identify trends and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Create clear, compelling presentations for internal stakeholders and client audiences.
• Structure problems, explore solutions and contribute to end‑to‑end consulting engagements.
• Collaborate with colleagues in business development, account management and product management.
• Participate in volunteer activities, team‑building events and networking sessions with senior leaders.

Required profile

• Passionate and talented individual eager to help customers solve urgent business needs.
• Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably in a quantitative or business‑related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
