About the role

We are looking for a Bilingual Classroom Assistant to support our students at Colégio Progresso Bilíngue in Vinhedo. The role involves assisting teachers, supervising children, and ensuring a safe, nurturing learning environment. The school follows ISP principles that place children’s safety, wellbeing and inclusive learning at the core of all activities.

Key responsibilities

  • Supervise and engage children in daily classroom activities.
  • Ensure the safety and well‑being of all children at all times.
  • Support children’s developmental and educational needs in a bilingual setting.
  • Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about progress and any concerns.

Required profile

  • Previous experience in childcare, preferably within an educational environment.
  • Relevant certifications in childcare or early childhood education.

Required skills

  • Strong childcare and communication abilities.
  • Patience and capacity to work effectively with young children.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
