About the role
The school is looking for a dedicated Auxiliar de Classe to support students and teachers in daily classroom activities. This position plays a vital role in fostering an inclusive learning environment and ensuring that each student receives the assistance they need to succeed.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in the development and implementation of individualized support plans.
- Provide support to students during classroom lessons and pedagogical activities.
- Monitor and document student progress.
- Prepare and organize learning materials and resources.
Required profile
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Excellent patience and ability to work with students of diverse profiles and needs.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
- Experience in learning support, preferably in an educational setting.
- Relevant certifications or a degree in Education or a related field.
