About the role

Provide psychological support and counseling services to students, promoting mental health and wellbeing.

Key responsibilities

Provide psychological support and counseling services to students.
Promote mental health and wellbeing of students.
Develop and implement counseling programs and activities.
Monitor and report performance and indicators of counseling activities.
Collaborate with academic and administrative departments to support student mental health.

Required profile

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Psychological Counseling or related field.
More than 5 years experience in school guidance/counseling.
Professional counseling certification is a plus.

Required skills

Strong counseling and psychological assessment skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills.
Knowledge of best practices and counseling tools.
