Business Development Manager (LatAm)

About the role

SOFTSWISS is looking for a results‑driven Business Development Manager to expand its iGaming footprint across Latin America. You will be responsible for building strong B2B relationships, promoting the Sportsbook product, and driving regional revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and engage high‑potential B2B clients, including platforms, sportsbooks and aggregators.
• Pitch SOFTSWISS’s vision both offline and online, converting prospects into long‑term partners.
• Explore new market opportunities, product features and supply packages.
• Communicate product benefits and success stories to broaden market awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of business development or sales experience, preferably outbound/account‑based.
• Strong knowledge of the iGaming ecosystem, including platforms, sportsbooks and aggregators.
• Fluency in English and either Spanish or Portuguese at C1 level.
• Excellent negotiation, networking and time‑management abilities.

• Understanding of product development lifecycle and process management.
