About the role
CloudKitchens is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join its São Paulo office. You will turn raw sales and operations data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions across the company.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain analytics reports and dashboards for sales and operations.
- Monitor data quality, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
- Conduct deep‑dive analyses of operating metrics, formulate hypotheses, and present findings.
- Communicate analytical results clearly to senior leaders to support prioritisation.
- Collaborate with business leaders to implement sales initiatives and track outcomes.
Required profile
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting.
- Project‑management experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with Salesforce is a bonus.
