Business Project Manager – Brazil (All Genders)

About the role

We are seeking a Business Project Manager to lead high‑stakes transformation initiatives for our Brazil market. The role sits at the intersection of strategy and operations, coordinating Tech, Product and Marketplace teams to deliver measurable results on tight timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project planning, including scope, timeline, milestones, risk tracking and stakeholder communication.
• Coordinate work streams across multiple business functions, ensuring alignment and accountability.
• Build and maintain executive‑ready reporting such as dashboards, status decks and steering‑committee updates.
• Identify interdependencies, bottlenecks and risks early and drive resolution.
• Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders from analysts to C‑suite.
• Translate strategic objectives into actionable work plans and track progress against KPIs.
• Support change‑management efforts to embed new processes and structures.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in consulting, project management or a fast‑paced operational role.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
• Analytical mindset with comfort working with data to track progress and flag risks.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, able to influence without direct authority.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, economics or related field (MBA a plus).
• Bias toward action – you move projects forward even without perfect information.
