About the role

Infosys Brazil is seeking a seasoned Project Coordinator to lead complex system implementation and upgrade projects in Belo Horizonte. The role involves managing large technical teams, interfacing with client stakeholders, and ensuring high‑quality delivery across hybrid work environments.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate Infosys consulting teams, monitor delivery quality and client satisfaction.
• Manage communication between the project team and client stakeholders.
• Maintain continuous contact with the client’s operational team to track progress.
• Foster integration within Infosys teams and across multiple client‑facing groups.
• Identify and open new project opportunities using Infosys service offerings.
• Evaluate team performance against agreed targets.
• Support technical and soft‑skill development of team members.
• Monitor project financial health and propose profitability improvements.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding new professionals for the account.

Required profile

• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability for hybrid work when needed.
• Proven experience managing system implementation/upgrade projects.
• Leadership of technical teams of 20+ members in consulting or technology firms.
• Background in data‑analysis projects and coordination of complex initiatives.
• Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence concepts, practical applications and tools.
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile project‑management methodologies.
• Experience with mining processes is a plus.
