Campus LATAM Recruiter (Hybrid, Sao Paulo)

About the role

Oliver Wyman is looking for an organized and enthusiastic Campus LATAM Recruiter to lead talent attraction across Latin America. The role focuses on university and experienced professional hiring, ensuring the firm is the employer of choice on campuses throughout the region.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute talent attraction strategies for university and experienced hires across LATAM.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, market mapping, screening, interviews, offers, and onboarding.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, career centers, student organizations, alumni networks, and diversity‑focused institutions.
• Lead campus recruiting events, internship programs, presentations, and diversity initiatives.
• Partner with practice leaders and hiring managers to meet experienced‑hire targets.
• Utilize innovative sourcing channels such as LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, alumni networks, and market research.
• Coordinate interview processes, feedback collection, offer generation, and onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate recruiting data and reporting in Workday and other systems.
• Monitor recruiting metrics, budgets, and hiring trends, and contribute to talent acquisition strategy improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 3 years of talent acquisition experience, including significant campus recruiting responsibility.
• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, maturity, and sound judgment.
• Ability to think strategically and execute operational plans.
• Strong relationship‑building skills with internal partners and external stakeholders.
