Director, Organization & Talent Partner – Animal Health LATAM & Brazil

About the role

The Director, Organization & Talent Partner (OTP) for Animal Health in Latin America and Brazil acts as a strategic advisor to senior business leaders. The role designs the long‑term organization, workforce enablement and talent strategy to ensure the business has the right structures, capabilities and leadership pipelines to achieve its priorities.

Key responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into a forward‑looking organization and talent agenda.
• Lead organization capability and workforce planning to align structures and roles with future business direction.
• Develop and execute talent development, succession and leadership programs for critical populations.
• Coach senior leaders to improve organizational effectiveness and talent decisions.
• Drive macro‑level organizational change and transformation, partnering with HR operating model experts.

Required profile

• Strong strategic HR experience in large, complex, global organizations.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders and shape outcomes without formal authority.
• Expertise in organization development, effectiveness and change leadership.
• Talent growth and senior‑leader coaching capabilities.
• Excellent executive communication and networking skills.
