Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) – São Paulo

About the role

The multinational seeks a strategic Chief Human Resources Officer to lead People Management, Sustainability and Communication initiatives. Reporting directly to the CEO, the CHRO will drive organizational transformation and act as a bridge between business units and local implementation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change‑management programmes and oversee organizational development, culture, climate and integration projects.
• Design and execute leadership‑development pathways based on competency models, and manage retention and succession planning.
• Negotiate compensation and benefits packages, including health plans, life insurance and private pension providers.
• Head Diversity & Inclusion committees, oversee the Data Protection Officer (DPO) function, Code of Ethics, compliance, risk management and LGPD adherence.
• Monitor and implement sustainability, social and governance actions, enhancing the company’s reputation and social engagement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in change management and senior HR leadership within a multinational environment.
• Strong background in organizational development, culture management, integration, leadership development, retention, succession and compensation negotiation.
• Experience managing diversity & inclusion, compliance, risk and data‑privacy (LGPD) initiatives.
• University degree in Law, Psychology or Administration, with a postgraduate qualification in HR Management.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
