Chief of Staff – Brazil

About the role

The Chief of Staff for Brazil will lead operational strategy and execution for Distribusion’s fast‑growing ground‑transport marketplace. Reporting to the global leadership team, you will act as the connective tissue between commercial, product, engineering, finance and customer‑success functions to ensure scalable growth and exceptional partner value.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the operational strategy to accelerate growth in Brazil, identifying and removing bottlenecks.
• Partner with commercial teams to acquire, onboard and expand strategic carriers and travel sellers.
• Establish and monitor key business metrics, KPIs and service‑level objectives, driving continuous improvement across onboarding, support and partner operations.
• Represent Brazil’s market needs within the global leadership team, translating global initiatives into successful local execution and ensuring alignment with company‑wide strategy.
• Build scalable processes and reporting frameworks that enable rapid growth while maintaining service quality.

Required profile

• Entrepreneurial operator with a track record of leading operational strategy in fast‑growing environments.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder‑management skills, able to act as the connective tissue between product, engineering, commercial, finance and customer‑success functions.
• Experience scaling operations for B2B platforms, preferably in travel, transport or logistics.
• Excellent analytical mindset with the ability to create visibility into business performance through reporting and forecasting.
