Chief of Staff – Brazil

About the role

Distribusion is looking for a dynamic Chief of Staff to lead its Brazil operations. This high‑impact position will shape the operational strategy that drives rapid market expansion while ensuring seamless coordination across commercial, product, partner, and customer success teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute an operational strategy to accelerate growth in Brazil.
• Identify and remove bottlenecks that limit market expansion.
• Partner with commercial teams to acquire, onboard, and grow strategic carriers and travel sellers.
• Build scalable processes that support rapid growth without compromising service quality.
• Establish and monitor key business metrics, operational KPIs, and service‑level objectives.
• Lead continuous‑improvement initiatives across onboarding, support, implementation, and partner operations.
• Provide visibility into performance through reporting, forecasting, and executive reviews.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Finance, and Customer Success to translate global initiatives into successful local execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading operational initiatives in fast‑growing environments.
• Strong track record of driving market growth and scaling operations.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with global leadership teams.
• Experience managing partner acquisition, onboarding, and ongoing relationship management.
• Data‑driven mindset with expertise in defining and monitoring KPIs.
