C‑Level Executive Headhunter (Remote)

About the role

BairesDev is seeking an experienced C‑Level Executive Headhunter to join its global recruiting team. Working fully remote, you will partner with Fortune‑500 leaders and senior executives to attract top talent for high‑impact executive positions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive full‑cycle recruiting for upper‑level executive roles, from sourcing to presentation.
• Provide a customized, positive candidate experience and act as the main point of contact throughout the process.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal leadership, HR business partners, and external candidates.
• Design and execute creative sourcing strategies to identify and engage C‑Level talent.

Required profile

• Native or proficient English communication skills.
• 5+ years of recruiting experience, with a proven track record in executive/C‑Level recruitment.
• Excellent listening, persuasion, and client‑management abilities.
• Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion.
• Self‑managed, results‑oriented, able to prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.
