Content Manager – Brazil

About the role

ARQARQ, a fast‑growing fintech, is looking for a creative Content Manager based in Brazil. You will be responsible for producing high‑impact video content that showcases our products and resonates with the Brazilian digital audience.

Key responsibilities

• Produce 2–4 high‑quality videos per week covering key use‑cases such as travel, wealth, remote work and new products.
• Generate ideas, write scripts and oversee the full production cycle from filming to editing.
• Ensure videos feel organic, engaging and “dopaminic”, avoiding a traditional advertising tone.
• Stay ahead of social‑media trends to inspire fresh video concepts.
• Collaborate with the performance‑marketing team to test and iterate creative assets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a content creator, filmmaker or similar role with a strong portfolio of organic or branded video work.
• Deep understanding of Brazilian digital culture, trends, humor and language.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple video formats (UGC, voice‑over, street interviews) and meet weekly production targets.
• Creative agility and a knack for scaling production by leading external creators or agencies.
