Content Production Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a creative and data‑driven Content Production Specialist to lead the evolution of our Official Accounts livestream content strategy in Brazil. You will shape the creative direction of Shopee’s livestreams, develop engaging formats, and strengthen the brand identity while driving business performance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the content strategy for Official Accounts livestreams, aligning with business objectives and campaign priorities.
• Lead the creative development of livestream concepts, storytelling, and content formats that boost customer engagement.
• Review and optimise livestream scripts to ensure consistency in brand voice, quality, and performance.
• Build and maintain creative identity and branding standards across all Official Accounts.
• Research consumer trends, competitors and best practices in live and social commerce.
• Drive experimentation by proposing new livestream formats, interactive mechanics and audience‑engagement initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI tools, automations and scalable processes to improve content creation efficiency.
• Analyse livestream performance data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Develop playbooks, creative guidelines and best‑practice documents for the team.
• Mentor interns on scriptwriting, content execution and creative development.
• Collaborate closely with Influencer Marketing, Commercial, Production and Analytics teams.
• Manage creative deliverables with external production partners when needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in content production, livestream creation or similar e‑commerce environments.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into creative improvements.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally in a fast‑paced, hybrid work environment.
