Contract Lawyer – Commercial Contracts Attorney

About the role

We are seeking experienced Commercial Contracts Attorneys to provide project‑based legal support to leading technology companies. This freelance position is ideal for lawyers with strong backgrounds in SaaS agreements, technology contracts, GDPR, and commercial negotiations who prefer flexible, independent work.

Key responsibilities

• Review, draft, negotiate, and redline a variety of commercial agreements.
• Advise clients on legal risks, contract terms, and compliance matters.
• Select and manage projects through an online portal with a 24‑hour turnaround expectation.
• Deliver fixed‑fee deliverables for projects such as SaaS agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, NDAs, data processing agreements, and general contract reviews.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in good standing with the Brazilian Bar Association.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial contracts.
• Background at a top‑tier law firm or as in‑house counsel for a technology company.
• Proven ability to work independently on project‑based assignments.
