Contract Recruiter – Remote (Brazil)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Contract Recruiter to join ZRG’s Embedded Talent Acquisition team on a 12‑month remote engagement. You will partner with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to drive end‑to‑end hiring for professional, technical and corporate roles across a global enterprise.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment for multiple business units, from sourcing to offer.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles and sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, market mapping and proactive outreach.
• Conduct screening, competency‑based interviews and candidate assessments.
• Ensure process excellence, including scheduling, feedback loops, candidate experience and compliance.
• Maintain accurate data in the ATS and provide weekly pipeline and hiring progress reports.
• Represent ZRG Embedded and the client with professionalism and clear communication.

Required profile

• 7+ years of proven experience in in‑house, RPO or embedded recruitment.
• Strong direct sourcing capabilities and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast‑moving environment.
• Consultative stakeholder management with a solutions‑focused approach.
• Fluency in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
• Experience recruiting across international markets is a plus.
