Coordenador de Change Management

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Change Management Coordinator to lead the execution of change initiatives for Latin America transformation projects, including the Labor Reform in PBF. The role will support teams and associates in adopting new ways of working and ensure smooth transitions across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and coordinate Change Management strategies, plans, and assessments for large‑scale transformation projects.
• Identify and address resistance points using structured impact assessments and commitment‑building techniques.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders to communicate, reinforce, and sustain change throughout the project lifecycle.
• Engage with global and regional leaders, including executives, senior directors, and OU leaders, to align change initiatives with business objectives.
• Monitor action plans, measure change effectiveness, and produce monthly dashboards and status reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR, transformation, change management, or project delivery.
• Creative problem‑solver with strong analytical abilities.
• Internal consultancy mindset with excellent stakeholder management skills.
• Robust project‑management capability and experience driving cultural transformation.
• Strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication expertise.
