About the role

The General Coordinator will lead the primary school education program, overseeing staff and ensuring high‑quality teaching. This role is responsible for curriculum development, compliance with standards, and supporting educators to achieve student success.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage the primary school education program and staff.
  • Develop and implement curriculum and teaching strategies.
  • Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on program performance and metrics.
  • Provide training and support to primary school educators.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in primary school education management.
  • Professional certification in primary school education (preferred).

Required skills

  • Strong leadership and primary school education management abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of primary school education best practices and standards.
