Corporate IT System Engineer

About the role

The Corporate IT team is looking for a System Engineer to manage and support a diverse fleet of endpoints and core infrastructure services across Brazil. You will ensure devices are provisioned, secured, and operating reliably while maintaining the underlying network and server platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Windows, macOS, Android, iOS/iPadOS, and shared devices using Workspace ONE UEM, Google MDM, Android Zero Touch and Lenovo provisioning.
• Support laptops, warehouse devices, PDAs, scanners, iPads, Zoom Rooms, printers and other operational endpoints.
• Maintain Active Directory, Entra ID/Azure AD sync, DNS, DHCP, NPS, VPN, certificates, VLANs and wireless networks.
• Manage virtualization and server infrastructure (ESXi/vCenter, iDRAC, FOG imaging) and coordinate Meraki and Cisco WLC services.
• Oversee backup and recovery processes with Veeam, monitor jobs and validate restores.
• Assist security operations: vulnerability management, EDR (CrowdStrike Falcon), Tenable/Nessus reporting and endpoint hardening.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts in PowerShell, Python and shell, integrating with platform APIs.

Required profile

• Proven experience in endpoint management and device lifecycle operations.
• Strong background in Windows and macOS administration and MDM solutions.
• Hands‑on knowledge of Active Directory, Azure AD, networking and virtualization.
• Experience with backup solutions, security tooling and scripting automation.
