Data Analytics Lead – Drive AI‑Ready Data Platform

About the role

Veeva Ostro sits at the intersection of life sciences, marketing, and artificial intelligence, enabling AI‑enabled omnichannel engagement across the patient and prescriber lifecycle. As Data Analytics Lead you will own data systems and measurement analyses that drive product evolution and support client planning.

Key responsibilities

• Modern Data Architecture & Engineering: collaborate with platform and data engineers to upgrade the data architecture to be high‑fidelity, AI‑ready, and easily accessible for internal and external users.
• Customer Data Integrations: guide execution of data integrations into select customer systems together with the solutions engineering team.
• Product Analyses: enhance the standard suite of analytics and measurement insights in partnership with the product team.
• Custom Analyses: deliver client‑specific analytical requests in collaboration with the client services team.
• Leadership & Team Mentorship: direct and grow a team of data analysts and data engineers.

Required profile

• Deep, hands‑on expertise in SQL and Python, with strong data‑modeling and advanced quantitative analysis capabilities.
• Extensive experience designing modern, AI‑ready data architectures and working with large data sets.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in data science, analytics, or data engineering, including managerial leadership.
• Recent experience related to the pharmaceutical or life‑sciences industry.
• Undergraduate or master’s degree in a technical discipline such as computer science, statistics, engineering, mathematics, or physics.
