Corporate Social Responsibility Internship

About the role

The CSR Intern will support the development and implementation of TransPerfect’s global sustainability strategy, working closely with the CSR Specialist and the broader Compliance team.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing ESG and sustainability reports through data collection, validation and documentation.
• Maintain ESG indicators across various reporting frameworks and client requirements.
• Support participation in EcoVadis by gathering evidence, organizing documentation and tracking improvement actions.
• Help prepare CDP disclosures, including data collection, consolidation and drafting support.
• Contribute to climate reporting initiatives using the GHG Protocol Corporate Standard, including emissions calculations and reduction tracking.
• Support operational and administrative tasks for the ISO 14001:2015‑certified Environmental Management System, such as documentation updates and employee awareness initiatives.
• Respond to ESG‑related client assessments, questionnaires and information requests.
• Collect, organize and consolidate ESG data from internal teams.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Business Administration, International Relations, Sustainability or a related field.
• Basic understanding of CSR principles, sustainability trends and ESG practices.
• Ability to research ESG standards, statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities.
• Professional attitude and quick learning capability.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
