Country Manager – Quantum Computing (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to build and scale our quantum computing business across Latin America. This high‑impact role combines enterprise sales expertise with the ability to create, lead, and inspire high‑performing teams in a fast‑growing technology market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for LATAM, aligning with global objectives while adapting to local market dynamics.
• Identify new market opportunities, refine segmentation, and create a clear path to sustainable revenue growth across enterprise and emerging customer segments.
• Own full revenue performance, driving pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, disciplined deal execution, and leading high‑value strategic customer engagements.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top‑performing sales talent, fostering a high‑accountability, high‑performance culture.
• Represent the company externally at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships to establish market leadership.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in enterprise technology sales.
• Strong leadership experience scaling teams and revenue within LATAM.
• Proven track record of exceeding commercial targets in high‑growth environments.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM enterprise technology landscape and buying dynamics.
• Experience working in fast‑paced, global, matrixed organisations.
• Executive presence with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Quantum Computing.
