Country Manager – Quantum Computing (LATAM)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive the growth of our Quantum Computing business across Latin America. This senior position combines enterprise sales expertise with the ability to build and inspire high‑performing teams, shaping market strategy and revenue generation for a strategic growth market.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the commercial strategy for LATAM, aligning with global objectives while adapting to local market dynamics.
• Identify new market opportunities, refine segmentation, and create a roadmap for sustainable revenue growth across enterprise and emerging customer segments.
• Own full revenue performance, including pipeline generation, accurate forecasting, disciplined deal execution, and leading high‑value strategic engagements.
• Recruit, develop, and retain top sales talent, fostering a high‑accountability, high‑performance culture.
• Represent the company externally at customer meetings, industry events, and strategic partnerships to establish market leadership.

Required profile

• 12+ years of enterprise technology sales experience.
• Deep understanding of the LATAM enterprise technology landscape and buying dynamics.
• Proven track record of scaling teams and revenue in high‑growth environments.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic relationship‑building skills.
