Creative Director – LATAM

About the role

Adobe Brand Studio is launching its first creative hub in Latin America. As Creative Director, you will shape the regional brand voice and lead a team that delivers culturally resonant work across Portuguese and Spanish‑speaking markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and own the regional creative strategy, ensuring global brand consistency while highlighting authentic Latin American perspectives.
• Translate complex ideas into clear narratives across digital, experiential, social, and motion formats.
• Develop and maintain creative systems, guidelines, and assets that work across diverse LATAM markets.
• Collaborate closely with LATAM marketing leadership and Brand Studio teams in the US and EMEA.
• Leverage AI‑powered creative tools and audience insights to inform the creative process.

Required profile

• Proven experience defining creative strategy at a regional or market level.
• End‑to‑end campaign experience across multiple formats.
• Strong communication and presentation skills at senior level.
• Track record of building influence and trusted relationships.
• Cultural fluency in contemporary Latin American culture, especially Brazil and Mexico.
• Native or bilingual proficiency in Brazilian Portuguese; professional proficiency in English; Spanish highly desirable.
