Customer Service Analyst (CSM)

About the role

Airbus, through its subsidiary Helibras, is seeking a Customer Service Analyst to manage quotes, service orders and parts sales for aerospace customers in Brazil. The role supports both civil and military clients, ensuring smooth execution from quotation to invoicing.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare repair and parts quotes by reviewing technical and fiscal documentation and open Service Orders (SOs) in the workshop system.
• Calculate service and parts prices using commercial price lists, track execution timelines, and send quotes to customers for approval, including negotiation support.
• Record customer approvals, release SOs to the workshop or create parts sales orders, and monitor service/parts delivery.
• Close SOs and technical dossiers, handle invoicing, and manage budget allocations for military and government customers.
• Analyze Work‑in‑Progress (WIP) status, propose improvements, and participate in technological research and innovation activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or Marketing.
• Previous experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) activities.
• Proactive, analytical, strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer‑focused attitude.
• Fluency in Portuguese and advanced English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Google Workspace.
