Demand Planner

About the role

DyStar is looking for a Demand Planner to support its supply chain in Brazil. The role is based on‑site in São Paulo and requires close communication in English with the Americas Regional Headquarters in the United States and the Global Headquarters in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Perform demand planning and replenishment for finished goods using sales data, forecasts, inventory, material in transit, open purchase orders and production lead times.
• Place and follow up purchase orders to ensure timely delivery to plants.
• Maintain inventory levels in line with global and regional parameters, avoiding overstock and stock‑outs.
• Update and present planning reports for S&OP meetings, including sales, forecast, inventory, production schedule and purchase order status.
• Prepare monthly unhealthy inventory reports for business managers and sales teams.
• Participate in priority, outage coordination and scheduled review meetings.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of international planning and replenishment experience.
• Fluent written and spoken English for communication with US and Singapore headquarters.
• No supervisory responsibilities.

Required skills

• Experience with MRP systems.
• Knowledge of S&OP processes.
• Inventory management and analysis.
• Purchase order creation and tracking.
