Packaging Procurement Analyst – LATAM

About the role

The Packaging Procurement Analyst supports LATAM packaging procurement teams by coordinating procurement processes, operational activities, and consolidating information. The role acts as a bridge between category managers, suppliers, finance, supply chain and other stakeholders to ensure effective sourcing execution.

Key responsibilities

• Support category managers in preparing and executing sourcing projects, consolidating spend, supplier, volume, pricing and market data for bids and negotiations.
• Maintain contracts and procurement system set‑ups, coordinate approvals with legal, suppliers and internal teams, and track pending contracts.
• Act as focal point for general procurement requests, resolve blocked invoices, and coordinate purchase order and supplier set‑up activities.
• Develop and maintain trackers, reports, dashboards and presentations to monitor sourcing execution and procurement performance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Engineering, Economics, Finance or related field.
• Experience in procurement, supply chain or finance operations, supporting sourcing processes, contracts and invoice resolution.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills with ability to manage multiple requests across countries.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with Copilot.
• Experience with procurement platforms, reporting tools or contract‑management systems.
