Designer Associate – Graphic Design for Retail & Social Media

About the role

We are seeking a Designer Associate to create and optimise visual assets for our clients across major e‑commerce marketplaces (Amazon, Mercado Livre, Shopee) and social‑media channels. The role sits within the Creative team and is central to how brands are visually represented online.

Key responsibilities

• Create and adapt static assets for retail and social media, adhering to each platform’s best practices, content rules and technical requirements.
• Ensure all creative output reflects the brand’s identity, tone of voice and visual style while introducing original ideas.
• Apply clear visual hierarchy, strong composition and effective layout to deliver an engaging shopper experience.
• Research references, select and organise assets proactively to solve design challenges.
• Collaborate with copywriters, other designers and the Design Supervisor to maintain consistency and improve processes.
• Review completed projects, identify best practices and suggest improvements.
• Support creative decisions with data‑informed reasoning and present proposals clearly.
• Stay current on design trends, tools and marketplace features to bring fresh concepts.

Required profile

• Strong eye for design with a solid sense of composition, hierarchy and user flow.
• Excellent organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Collaborative mindset, able to work closely with copywriters and other creative peers.
