Digital Account Manager

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, client‑focused Digital Account Manager to join our Managed Service team. In this fully remote, full‑time position you will be the primary point of contact for brands running UGC and influencer marketing campaigns, guiding them from onboarding through final delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison for clients, ensuring a seamless experience from onboarding to campaign execution.
• Build and maintain trust‑based relationships by understanding client objectives and delivering measurable value.
• Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities to expand influencer marketing spend.
• Oversee end‑to‑end campaign execution, coordinating with Influencer Marketing Managers, Creative Strategists, Motion Designers, and Paid Media Specialists.
• Manage timelines, budgets, and deliverables, keeping all stakeholders informed.
• Assist brands in crafting high‑performing ad creative concepts for influencer and paid‑social campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in account management, client success, or project management, preferably within an agency, influencer, or digital‑marketing environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, influencer marketing, UGC, and paid social.
• Exceptional organizational and project‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, solution‑oriented approach.
• Comfortable thriving in a fast‑paced, collaborative, cross‑functional setting.
