Director, Alcohol Ready-to-Drink (ARTD) – Brazil North

About the role

The Director of Alcohol Ready‑to‑Drink (ARTD) for Brazil North will lead the execution of the ARTD category strategy, driving growth and strengthening system economics across the region. Reporting into the Coca‑Cola system, you will partner with franchise leadership and bottling partners to translate business opportunities into measurable results.

Key responsibilities

• Translate ARTD category strategy into market‑specific execution plans that drive volume, mix and profitability.
• Partner with franchise leadership and bottling partners to co‑create investment strategies and ensure operational excellence across key channels.
• Analyze consumer and customer insights to develop data‑driven commercial initiatives.
• Shape brand and portfolio activation calendars in collaboration with marketing, revenue growth, technical and supply‑chain teams.
• Lead market assessments and scenario‑planning processes to inform resource allocation.
• Build strong relationships across internal functions to ensure fit‑for‑market activation.
• Monitor performance metrics and competitive intelligence, adapting plans to market shifts.
• Drive rigorous financial and operational planning from annual targets to long‑range forecasts.
• Enable compliance and risk‑management practices within the ARTD category.
• Foster collaboration, inclusion and agility to accelerate innovation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field; Master’s or MBA preferred.
• 12+ years of progressive experience in commercial, franchise operations or category development within beverage, consumer goods or alcohol industries.
• Proven experience in alcohol beverages with strong understanding of the category dynamics.
• Demonstrated ability to translate strategy into execution and deliver sustainable value.
