Director, HR Business Partner – Global Tax & Treasury

About the role

The Director, HR Business Partner – Global Tax & Treasury will partner with senior leaders to translate function strategy into people and culture priorities. Based in Brazil or Mexico and open to remote work, this role focuses on organizational design, leadership development, workforce planning, talent management, and change leadership for a global finance function.

Key responsibilities

• Lead people and culture processes, including talent assessment, planning, development, performance management, and engagement actions.
• Provide practical solutions to improve performance, productivity, and mitigate people risk.
• Partner with leaders to develop and activate people strategies that support business objectives.
• Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and goals.
• Use metrics and analytics to assess organizational health and influence decisions.
• Provide thought leadership for HR processes such as performance, talent management, leadership development, change management, and organizational design.
• Collaborate across the HR community, sharing strategies and solutions on broader initiatives.

Required profile

• Relevant work experience in HR business partnering at a senior level.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level).
• Experience partnering with global senior leadership teams.
