About the role

Smart Age Solutions is seeking a senior leader to shape its digital marketing vision and drive AI‑powered performance across multiple client accounts. The Director will guide a diverse team of specialists, champion AI adoption, and ensure the agency delivers measurable results while scaling efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned with company growth, revenue, and client success goals.
• Set department‑wide KPIs, accountability frameworks, and performance standards.
• Identify and implement operational improvements to boost scalability and profitability.
• Lead, mentor, and coordinate managers of SEO, Paid Media, Social Media, Design, Copywriting, Content, and Marketing Operations.
• Drive the adoption of AI tools, automation workflows, and emerging technologies across all marketing functions.
• Ensure alignment, efficiency, and high‑quality delivery for all client campaigns.

• Proven agency leadership experience with strong business acumen.
• Exceptional people‑management skills and ability to develop high‑performing teams.
• Deep understanding of modern digital marketing, performance marketing, analytics, and automation.
• Hands‑on experience implementing AI solutions within marketing operations.
