Influencer Marketing Specialist – Scouting & Talent Curation

About the role

Lead day‑to‑day influencer scouting and creator relationship management for fast‑paced “Always On” campaigns, ensuring smooth client communication and execution.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily influencer scouting, mapping, outreach, and curation across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube and other platforms.
• Execute influencer marketing campaigns end‑to‑end, coordinating creators, content production, approvals, deliverables and guidelines.
• Develop clear, strategic, and creative influencer briefs aligned with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Maintain accurate campaign trackers, talent databases and presentation decks for operational efficiency.
• Coordinate multiple campaigns simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Required profile

• Strong experience in influencer marketing, talent scouting, creator curation and campaign execution.
• Solid knowledge of the Brazilian influencer ecosystem, digital platforms and cultural trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with clients, creators and internal teams.
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Slack.
• Advanced use of Google Sheets/Excel.
• Advanced use of Google Slides/PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram and YouTube platforms for influencer work.
