About the role
We are looking for a seasoned Director of Design to lead our creative initiatives. As the subject‑matter expert in graphic and creative design, you will shape visual strategies across multiple teams and projects, ensuring consistency and impact.
Key responsibilities
- Design key artwork and comprehensive design systems aligned with project specifications.
- Create draft concepts, incorporate feedback, and deliver final assets.
- Develop designs that perform across all marketing platforms and media channels.
- Support audience research to inform creative briefs and tailor work to target customer profiles.
- Coordinate with external agencies, art services, web designers, marketing teams, and printers to guarantee seamless execution.
Required profile
- Expert proficiency in Graphic Design.
- Expert proficiency in Creative Design.
- Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
