Ecommerce Senior Account Manager

About the role

You will own a portfolio of 4–6 lifestyle ecommerce accounts, acting as the primary strategic partner for clients. The role blends cross‑channel marketing, data‑driven insight generation and client relationship management to drive full‑funnel growth.

Key responsibilities

• Lead weekly client calls, own the performance narrative and translate AI‑driven insights into actionable priorities.
• Coordinate paid, SEO, content, email and creative teams around a unified strategy.
• Track full‑funnel performance across awareness, consideration and conversion, surfacing insights for client decision‑making.
• Support retention initiatives, monitor repeat purchase rate, LTV and post‑purchase lifecycle performance.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and the Account Director on execution, quarterly strategy and service expansion.

Required profile

• 4–7 years managing lifestyle, high‑AOV or considered‑purchase ecommerce accounts.
• Deep understanding of full‑funnel strategy and multi‑touch attribution limitations.
• Experience with upper‑funnel channels such as content, SEO, YouTube and programmatic.
• Proven ability to maintain client confidence over long measurement cycles.
• Advanced spoken and written English.
