Director of Account Based Marketing

About the role

Power Digital is seeking a senior leader to own and scale its Account Based Marketing (ABM) discipline across the B2B portfolio. The Director will shape strategy, build playbooks, and drive pipeline and revenue through intent‑driven, multi‑channel campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute end‑to‑end ABM strategy, including account selection, tiering, intent signal integration and multi‑channel orchestration.
• Serve as the primary ABM subject‑matter expert and lead cross‑functional collaboration with Paid Media, Content, Creative, Email/Lifecycle, SEO, PR and CRO teams.
• Architect and manage implementations of 6Sense and Demandbase, including data integration, scoring models and predictive analytics.
• Translate intent and engagement data into actionable account tiers and campaign triggers for various channel teams.
• Own ABM measurement frameworks linking activity to pipeline, account engagement and velocity.

Required profile

• 7+ years of B2B marketing strategy or ABM experience, with full ownership of end‑to‑end programs.
• Hands‑on expertise with 6Sense, Demandbase or equivalent intent‑data platforms (mandatory).
• Strong project management skills and ability to run multiple client programs concurrently.
• Comfort presenting strategy to senior clients and leading discovery discussions.
