Educational Consultant – Literacy & Writing Solutions

About the role

We are seeking an Educational Consultant to lead the expansion of our innovative Writing solution across elementary schools in the United States. You will act as a trusted advisor to school leaders, guiding them through the adoption of a comprehensive literacy platform that blends reading and writing development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct consultative sales meetings with U.S. elementary schools to identify needs and present tailored solutions.
• Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and follow‑ups to proposal negotiation and contract closing.
• Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM and provide reliable forecasting.
• Oversee a portfolio of school accounts, handling renewals, expansions, and ongoing relationship building.
• Visit schools in person when required to support implementation and strengthen partnerships.
• Coordinate onboarding and project timelines to ensure smooth integration for partner schools.
• Serve as the liaison between schools and internal teams, relaying feedback and identifying improvement opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree completed or in progress.
• Advanced English proficiency (full professional fluency).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
• Strong planning, analytical thinking, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools for pipeline management.
