About the role
Baxter is looking for an electromechanical maintenance technician in São Paulo. The role keeps industrial equipment running with high availability, reliability and operational performance through corrective, preventive maintenance and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities
- Perform corrective and preventive maintenance on electromechanical systems, including diagnosis, repairs and replacements
- Support electrical installations and the assembly of panels and equipment
- Analyze failures (RCA), follow indicators such as OEE, MTBF and MTTR and propose improvements
- Carry out basic adjustments to PLCs and inverters and improve processes
- Prepare technical reports, guide less experienced staff and ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
Required profile
- Degree in Electromechanics, Electronics or related fields
- Previous industrial maintenance experience (pharmaceutical, plastics or metalworking industry preferred)
- Availability of hours
Required skills
- Electrical commands and reading of diagrams
- Basic knowledge of PLCs, motors, inverters and servos, sensors and basic mechanics
- Experience with RCA and maintenance indicators
- Certifications NR-10, NR-33 and NR-35 (valid or with refresher)
