Entry Level Talent Acquisition Recruiter

About the role

Bloomberg is seeking an Entry Level Talent Acquisition Recruiter to join its fast‑moving recruiting team in São Paulo. The role blends full‑cycle recruiting for early‑career and internship positions with talent coordination across Latin America, delivering a seamless candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle for entry‑level and internship roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer management and candidate engagement.
• Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs, develop recruitment strategies and provide market insights.
• Lead Bloomberg’s Brazil Internship Program, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, intern engagement and program execution.
• Build and maintain relationships with universities, student organisations and external partners to strengthen Bloomberg’s employer brand in Brazil and LATAM.
• Design creative sourcing campaigns using campus events, networking, social media and other talent channels.
• Conduct HR phone interviews and assess candidates against role requirements.
